What is LPH
LPH is a B.W.P. (Boiling Water Proof) plywood manufactured from veneers of specially selected hard wood timbers and bonded with high quality Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin Adhesive, conforms to IS-848/1975 which is water proof, weatherproof, insect resistant and hot pressed at high pressure and temperature.Most of the plywood manufactured from Urea Formaldehyde Resin have proved to be very inferior and unsuitable for quality furniture and furnishings in kitchens, bathrooms and any such exterior use because Urea bonded plywoods tend to delaminate easily when in contact to direct heat and sun resulting in heavy maintenance and replacement costs.
LPH on the other hand, is considered to be the most ideal material for all type of constructions and in the manufacture of quality furniture because of its inherent rigid construction, with Phenol Formaldehyde Resin to withstand all types of climatic and weather conditions and durable even against strenous and vulnerable uses.
